The saying “laziness begets laziness” is, in itself, lazy. Whoever came up with this has not met me. Am I lazy? If I had the option to wrap myself in a burrito blanket to shield myself from the outside world forever I would take that option faster than a heartbeat. Lazy people get a bad reputation, to which I say, “I’m too lazy to argue.” What a lot of people get wrong about laziness is that I don’t want to work hard, I want to work smarter. I want efficiency! So when b-Vibe sent me their Snug & Tug showing that it’s a butt plug and a cock ring and a vibrator, I couldn’t imagine a more efficient toy out there. Three birds with one stone is cunt. Judging the Book by Its Cover

My friends at b-Vibe are honestly the best because if there’s a brand out there that knows all the ins and outs of anal, you can trust them. From the get-go, you can see exactly what you’re buying. I love how transparent they are. Literally! The front of the box is clear plastic so you know what toy’s in store for you. It’s more than I can say for most toy packages because why are you keeping it a mystery from me? This isn’t Clue. Just give me my damn plug. It’s no wonder why b-Vibe was voted for the most progressive company of the year at the XBIZ Awards in 2019.

As a treat, they’ve included a carrying pouch, the charging plug, the instruction manual, a cute unicorn sticker, and a guide for first-time anal players. How thoughtful!

The Snug & Tug comes in only two sizes, medium and extra large. Naturally, I went with the extra large to accommodate the gaping abysmal vortex I call my anus. It has that soft silicone feel that is a familiar sensation to sex toy connoisseurs, and this toy has some weight on it. You can’t tell by its looks, but when I say it has weight, it has weight. To be exact, the medium weighs 137g and the extra large weighs 264g. I’m not sure how to describe how heavy it feels, but the closest I can think of is maybe one and a half boxes of Lindt assorted chocolates. Sorry, I’m hungry as I’m writing this. Also we should use chocolates as a valid unit of measurement.

Looking at the plug itself, the medium measures 1.3” in diameter and the extra large is 1.7”. This may not seem like a lot when read, but it’s very noticeable. What caught my eye is how soon it reaches the maximum diameter from the tip. There is about half an inch of space from the tip of the plug to the maximum diameter of the shaft. Upon first glance, this can seem quite sudden. And that’s because it is. This should be an indication that this is not a beginner toy. It doesn’t give you that heads-up like other toys with a gradual increase in girth. Honestly, it’s giving D battery.

On both the medium and extra large, the cock ring is 1.57” in diameter. That’s enough room to accommodate most penises and balls. It’s also very stretchy so you don’t have to worry about it being too tight. There’s also a subtle feature I noticed in the strap that connects the plug to the cock ring. If you look at the picture of the Snug & Tug there is a small bump on the strap. I believe this part is supposed to go where your taint is, but we’ll just have to try it to see. The switch is conveniently located at the bottom for easy access, and we’ll get to that now.

Let’s Give It a Spin

So remember what I said about this not being a beginner toy? I was right (like I sometimes always am) because this felt quite sudden even for an experienced anal toy user like me. You don’t get the convenience of a graduated tip. It kind of just hits you right away. And this may be an acquired taste, but I do enjoy instant gratification. I did need to lube it up (with water-based, obviously) to give me that extra push I needed since I’m so virginal and tight. As soon as my hole hit the opposite end where the plug became the neck of the base, I felt full. Like finishing an entire turkey during Thanksgiving. Or rather more like the turkey that was stuffed. You can go through them with just a single switch, and it starts at the lowest setting which is already pretty rumbly. The patterns are pretty much par for the course when it comes to vibrator toys; you’ve got your steady rumble, cha-cha-cha, peaks and valleys, and the final pattern going through all previous patterns in rapid succession. There’s nothing different or innovative in this aspect, but you can’t really reinvent the wheel when it comes to vibration patterns, so I’m not going to fault b-Vibe in that respect.

After having spent almost an hour pleasuring myself, I think it was time to give it a rest and clean up all the bodily fluids I spilt on my chest. This was the perfect timing because the toy started to fizzle out and needed to recharge. I’ll have to wait two hours to play again, but sacrifices must be made. Until then, I’m putting it in travel mode until I’m ready to splooge once more.

B-Vibe has outdone itself with a toy meant to target three different aspects of pleasure. Seasoned anal veterans may find this to be a challenging toy, but not a challenge we can’t overcome. Easy to learn and use, the Snug & Tug is a must-have for anal players of all experiences; advanced players can keep this as a reminder that there’s always something bigger out there, and beginners can keep this in mind as a potential goal to rise to the greats. At a fair price point of $120, you are getting what you pay for with the Snug & Tug, and quality is not something you want to skimp out on when it comes to shoving things in your ass.

Pros: It’s a fun challenge, delivers exactly what is advertised, and perfect for the lazy sluts like myself. Cons: There are literally only two sizes. I’m not sure what went into making that decision, but that’s quite the jump. The battery use to charging time ratio could be better. Two hours of charging for only one hour of use seems unfair to me, but that’s just me being a greedy butt troll.

Highlights: I always like it when toys have travel mode because I don’t want to wear that inside of me when I walk out the house and the button gets pressed by accident and I have to make some awkward excuse to run to the bathroom. As far as vibrations go, it’s strong enough to get the job done and enough patterns to choose from. The cock ring is just right and the bump on the strap is the pièce de résistance.

Room for improvement: More size variations, better battery life, and maybe more fun colours to choose from? I know that colour isn’t exactly a priority when it comes to toys since it’s always going to be inside you, but what if I want it to match my outfit? I know that black is slimming, but I like a pop of colour every now and then.
